How will I know if I’m selected for an interview?

All employment applications are reviewed in Human Resources for candidate qualifications. Once that is reviewed, you will be notified via email regarding your status. If you are selected to move forward in the process, the hiring manager or an HR representative will follow up with you.

What are your pre-employment requirements?

Once an offer is made, we require that you complete a criminal background check and drug screening prior to establishing a date of hire. This is done on site at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge.

May I apply for multiple positions?

You may apply for multiple positions; however, we ask that you apply only once for a specific position.

What is your orientation process?

All associates attend a two-day orientation with Human Resources. New associates in the nursing areas attend additional training as part of their orientation. Departmental orientation continues once you move into your individual work area.
