1What do I need to access this virtual event?
To access the webinar, you need to download the Zoom software.
If you’re using a desktop computer or laptop: To get started with Zoom, head to their website, and click on the “SIGN UP” button that’s at the top-right corner of the screen. https://zoom.us/
If you’re using a tablet or mobile device: Download the Zoom iOS or Android app from the App Store/Play Store.
Set up your zoom account. Be sure to use a valid email address.
Test your Zoom account. We recommend downloading and testing Zoom ahead of time. If you are able to login properly, you should have no issues on the morning of the webinar. However, we do recommend logging in a few minutes early to make sure everything is working properly and there are no issues.
2Can I invite someone to attend?
Of course. Just send this webpage to them and they can register.
3How can I access the event on the day of?
Once you register, Zoom will send you an email confirmation that looks like the image below. We recommend clicking the "add to calendar" button so you can easily access the event on the day of. You will also receive a copy of the registration email the night before so the morning of the event, you can reference that email with the Click To Join button. If you do not add to your calendar, you can just reference this email, that has the Meeting ID as well as a direct link to join.

5What if I don't see an email confirmation?
Check your spam or junk folders. If you still do not see it, please give us a call at our marketing office, 434-972-2620 and we can re-send it to you.
